As a personal life coach, my job is to guide and support you in your journey to live a more fulfilling life. When you make a decision to improve your life, you’ll need a strong support network to succeed.
Generally, my program involves three steps:
1) CLARIFY OBJECTIVES. What do you want more of – and less of – in your life. What are your highest priorities? What would provide true happiness? What is irritating you, causing road blocks to growth or wasting your time? This clarification process begins when you answer my 15 Power Questions.
The wisdom you have acquired through life experience will provide a strong basis for establishing objectives. We will identify your strengths and build on those. We will also remember the mistakes, and plan not to repeat them. “Honoring Wisdom” is one of my three guiding principals.
2) CREATE A REALISTIC PLAN. Every plan, of course, is unique and depends on your objectives. Your plan should provide balance in your life, with a new focus on time for the things YOU want to do.
In my experience, one goal should be universal: to increase your energy levels – both physical and mental. That means good nutrition and a regular fitness routine. If that has always been difficult for you, don’t worry. You’ll receive the guidance and encouragement you need to succeed!
I know you will be pleased about how proper nutrition and an active lifestyle will provide the energy for the rest of your plan. “Creating Energy” is the second of my three guiding principals.
3) TAKE ACTION. That’s the key to coaching. It’s not about me endlessly analyzing your issues. It’s about you taking action on your life, your goals, your needs, your desires, your interests, your abilities, your talents, and even your weaknesses. My job is to guide, motivate and support you along your journey to live a more rewarding life. That is the goal of this process, and my third guiding principal: Awakening Dreams.
